SONG GIA holds a rigorous quality system and quality control process:

●100% inspection on key parts.
●Verify the roundness and concentricity accuracy of each center bearing to ensure the circumferential vibration tolerance of all live tool holders is within 4µm.
●Finished product inspection before shipment of all live and non-live tool holders.
